The Saracino sugar paste (PastaTop) is a high quality covering icing paste which is designed to be suitable for use in high humidity and up to temperatures of 30°C. It is also suitable for refrigeration.
It is suitable for colouring with powder or gel food colourings. As this paste can be easily coloured, the white offers versatility for design allowing you accurately match the other elements of the cake.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable oils (palm seeds and sunflower seeds), rice starch, humectant: sorbitols, stabiliser: tragacanth gum and glycerol, flavour, preservative: potassium sorbate; acid: citric acid.
